Running Club

OCL now has a running club

The running club is every Monday at Chadderton Wellbeing Centre meeting at 6:30pm

It is open to members and for a small fee non-members.

Our qualified Running Leaders will take you on a route around Chadderton and running with us is a fun and safe way to train .

Why Run?

Running has many benefits, not only will it help improve your general fitness but it will also encourage your bones to become stronger
