OCL's sports development team are very focused on a number of initiatives.
We have the sporting expertise and facilities to get you into your favourite sport. Our coached training sessions will improve your existing skills, get you fit or just allow you to try something new.
We offer Junior, Under 18’s and Ladies leagues and coaching session for all ages who want to enjoy the sport, get fit, make new friends and have fun!
Slam dunk, shoot baskets and improve your balance, co-ordination and teamwork at our coached training sessions. Available Wednesdays and Fridays at OCL facilities.
Pike, tuck and summersault your way to OCL’s facilities to try trampolining. Our experienced coaches offer fun and energetic coaching sessions from beginners to experienced trampolinist. Talented individuals may be invited to advanced training sessions.
