“How do I become a member?”
You can become a member of our facilities by joining online or contacting our Customer Contact Team on 0161 207 7000 to book an appointment.
“Can I have a look around the facilities before I join?”
Yes you can, contact our Customer Contact Team on 0161 207 7000 to book a tour.
“Why do I need a gym induction, and how do I book one?”
A gym induction is required before you can use our gym facilities and consists of a qualified instructor showing you how to use all of the equipment, your induction is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and set some personal goals.You can book your induction by telephoning your preferred centre or by calling in and booking with a member of staff.
“Do I need to book my class in advance and how do I book?”
Here at OCLL we do advise that you book on to your class in advance, this will guarantee you a place. You can book at reception,by telephone or via our NEW online booking system, register and book any class you like at any centre from the comfort of your PC!
“What do I wear to exercise?”
To swim you need a swimming costume or swim shorts with a lining-dont forget your towel! In the gym or classes you can wear anything that is not too loose,shorts, jogging bottoms, leggings and a T-shirt but no jeans allowed or you may be dissapointed! You MUST wear trainers or pumps with a good grip on the sole.
“What can I use with my membership?”
You have unlimited gym, swim, classes and sauna/steam with your membership at any of our 7 centres across the borough where available and based on your membership type and times.
“When can I use my membership?”
Peak memberships allow you to use our facilities from when we open to when we close. Off Peak allows use from when we open to 4.00pm and any time at weekends.
