Being physically active is a vital element in maintaining and improving your health. All adults are recommended to carry out at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity a day. Oldham Community Leisure provides an extensive programme of activities for the over 50's and we are still expanding! We aim to improve health and well being whilst having fun and meeting new friends.
