- Places are booked on a first-come first served basis, waiting lists are in operation at some centres, you must fill in an application and once there is a vacancy you will be given a call.
- Fees should be paid in advance for the full block of 10 lessons.
- The lesson has a 30 minute slot; 25 minutes will be water-based teaching.
- All children in swimming lessons must be accompanied in the building by an adult at all times. Children cannot be dropped off and left without a responsible adult, aged 18 or over and must be in view of your child’s lesson at all times.
- Each swimmer receives a free swimming hat at the beginning of their lessons relevant to their swim level. These must be worn at all times to:-
- Identify class level
- Increased hygiene for a cleaner pool
- Encourage pupil progression as they move up to next class/hat colour.
- Replacement hats can be purchased at reception.
- No videoing or photography is allowed unless by prior arrangement from the centre management.
- If the pool is unfit for use, the swim school reserves the right to cancel lessons without notice and without liability to the swim school.
